Corporate culture
As a leading security equipment and solutions supplier, the corporate culture should be more diverse, more inclusive, in order to better absorb excellent staff and make staff closely integrate their own dreams with company's goal to achieve the greatest company development and personal promotion. Therefore, we try various means, to motivate employees to really integrate into the company's culture. For example, the company union set up a variety of clubs and regularly organizes content-rich leisure activities. In these informal occasions, the interaction and communication between employees can often be more relaxed and intimate. Thus enabling the company form a family atmosphere, and enhance their sense of belonging. Our company also established the knowledge center to lease books in the office building, and hold regular activities for employees to create a good cultural atmosphere.
 

Staff training and incentive mechanism

  • Epordo established a long-term goal of the personnel training:That is to train more first-class talents for China that they can not only be the backbone of the country, but also can show their skills in the international economic arena. With this goal , Epordo adopted a system manager training program and set individual development plan for staff, which made Epordo become " Whampoa Military Academy of security sector ", "the cradle of future president” .

Employees Health

  • Epordo employees’ health and safety measures aims at construction of a safe working environment for employees, and constantly seeking new ways to keep employees from harm and being committed to improve employees' health and quality of life and work efficiency. We focus on training and testing to improve the health awareness of employees, and also organized various sports groups to encourage employees to choose a healthy lifestyle.

Voice of Workers (VoW) survey

  • In order to test the results of protecting the interests of our employees, Epordo organize “employees of the sound survey” activities every year, to investigate the satisfaction of the employees and collect the improvement program. Under the unremitting efforts of Epordo, the result of company's employee satisfaction survey enhanced year after year.
